The ultimate goal of this website is to be a place of hope. When people do not know where to turn in a time of difficulty they can access this website to help answer questions.
I recognize that those that are economically disadvantaged do not have as much opportunity to handle and grow their finances. The process to receive help can feel overwhelming and discouraging.
This website is a place people can turn to to find resources and links to help better their financial situation and when in times of crisis.
Our Mission
Hello! My name is Cate Jackson and I am the founder of NextStepFoward. I am currently working towards a degree in finance and am very passionate about understanding the socio-economic policies behind the world of finance. I am a hard working, driven individual.
I was 14 years old when are started volunteering at a food shelter named Mamie George. Volunteering at Mamie George is when I realized I wanted to learn the socio-economic policies, specifically with underresourced families.
